Coverage Options

Coverage Options to Suit Your needs & Budget

Medicare Advantage Plans

Most Medicare Advantage plans offer extra coverage like vision, hearing, dental, and/or health and wellness programs. Most include Medicare prescription drug coverage (Part D). In addition to your Part B premium, you sometimes pay a monthly premium for the Medicare Advantage plan. My job as your agent is to educate you on how these plans work. Then I find a plan that bests suits your medical needs and your budget.

Medicare Supplements

Every Medigap policy must be clearly identified as “Medicare Supplement Insurance.” A Medicare Supplement plan can only cover one person, so if you are married, you and your spouse would need to buy separate policies. A Medicare Supplement insurance (Medigap) policy helps pay some of the health care costs that Original Medicare doesn’t cover, like copayments. As your agent I serve you by educating you about supplement insurance so that you can decide if it is a supplement is a good choice for your health insurance needs.

Medicare Prescription Drug Plans

In addition to your monthly premium, the costs for your Medicare Part D coverage may include: An annual deductible: This is the amount you pay for your prescriptions before your Medicare Prescription Drug Plan or Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan starts to share in the costs. Let Ed find a prescription drug plan that best fits your needs. Are you taking some expensive prescription drugs? My job is to find you drug plans that could lower your prescription drug costs.

Dental Plans

Generally, dental policies cover some portion of the cost of preventative care, fillings, crowns, root canals, and oral surgery, such as tooth extractions. Ed has a variety of dental plans to show you.

Medicare for Veterans

We believe our veterans deserve excellent healthcare. There are Medicare Advantage plans that can offer you with more options and coverage than your VA benefits alone:
*  For a second opinion with a provider outside the VA system.
*  For the option of having a surgery or procedure done by a non-VA provider who perhaps has more experience performing the procedure.
*  For the option to avoid long-distance travel for care, especially during harsh winter weather.
*  For potential extra benefits such as vision, hearing, fitness, dental, etc.
